## Description

Calorstat by Vernet: Fan Thermoswitches & Engine Temperature Control
Calorstat by Vernet is a leading brand in engine temperature management, backed by 95 years of expertise in automotive equipment. Recognised for the quality, precision and reliability of its components, the brand develops a wide range of solutions for cooling systems and temperature control.
At GT2i, Calorstat by Vernet is mainly represented by its electric fan thermoswitches. Installed in the cooling system, generally near the radiator, the thermoswitch reacts to coolant temperature to automatically control the activation and deactivation of the electric cooling fan. Depending on the reference, different threads and temperature thresholds allow fan operation to be precisely matched to the requirements of the engine and cooling system.
Temperature management is at the heart of Vernet's expertise. The manufacturer draws on decades of development to offer components designed with particular attention to precision, performance, safety and durability. This expertise makes Calorstat by Vernet thermoswitches particularly suitable for replacing an existing component or creating a cooling system equipped with an electric fan.
Calorstat by Vernet does not simply refer to a thermostat. Calorstat is historically the brand name, which became so well known in the automotive cooling industry that the term is commonly used in some markets to refer to an engine thermostat. However, the manufacturer's range is much broader and includes thermostats, thermoswitches, temperature sensors and other thermal management components.
With Calorstat by Vernet thermoswitches, GT2i offers components from a long-established automotive thermal management specialist, with different switching temperatures to suit engine cooling requirements.
