This Forge E-DV pop-off valve, known as an electronic pop-off valve, installs as a direct replacement for the stock valve, requiring no modifications or additional accessories: no vacuum hose, no remote solenoid, and no complex wiring.
It connects directly to the stock solenoid connector, while offering far superior responsiveness and reliability.
On the performance side, the Dump Forge E-DV responds immediately to even the slightest demand on your turbo: zero leakage, an ultra-responsive “Motorsport”-style solenoid control , and full compatibility with the stock engine management system—without causing any errors or engine malfunctions.
It enhances turbo reliability and improves response time, even under heavy use.
Everything has been designed for seamless integration: a 360° rotatable body, a plug-and-play wiring harness, and a modular, serviceable design for simplified maintenance. It adapts effortlessly to all engine configurations.
Machined from aerospace-grade 6082 aluminum and featuring a black anodized finish, this Forge pop-off valve is designed to withstand the stresses of tuned or remapped engines (Stage 1 or 2). It has been tested up to 7 bar.

No, control is now fully electronic. The adjustment is automatically handled by your engine map, even in Stage 1 or 2.
What is the maximum pressure the Forge E-DV pop-off can withstand?
The valve has been tested up to 7 bar of pressure without any issues. At this level, it remains fully functional.
Beyond that, for extreme power outputs, it’s generally recommended to switch to specific external blow-off systems, but the E-DV more than meets the needs of even the most extreme configurations for street or track use.
