## Description

The TI Automotive Walbro GSS342 universal submersible fuel pump, also known as the Walbro 255, is a high-performance 12-volt fuel pump designed for vehicles equipped with an electronic fuel injection system. It delivers 255 l/h at 3 bar and up to 318 l/h at maximum flow rate, with low consumption.
Designed to meet the needs of engines producing approximately 300 to 500 ch depending on configuration and operating conditions, the GSS342 is suitable both for replacing an existing submersible pump and for engine tuning requiring a higher fuel flow rate. Notably, it maintains a flow rate of 225 l/h at 5 bar.
The pump’s design is based on TI Automotive technology derived from original equipment solutions developed for the Chevrolet Corvette and Dodge Viper. Its compact size— 39.2 mm in diameter and 120 mm in length— facilitates installation in many compatible fuel tanks and pump brackets.
This version is sold separately, without a mounting kit. It is particularly well-suited for replacing a submersible petrol pump on its own when the existing mounting components can be reused. Its inlet measures 11 mm and its outlet 8 mm. Before ordering, check the pump’s sizes as well as the vehicle’s hydraulic and electrical connections.
Warning: This pump is designed to operate withgasoline and is not compatible with E85 ethanol.
