## Description

This 1984cc ZRP Stroker Kit is designed for standard Audi/Volkswagen 1.8L Turbo 20V 06A engines, with the goal of increasing cubic capacity and reinforcing the moving parts for high-performance use. The “stroker” configuration features a long-stroke crankshaft, paired with forged connecting rods and forged pistons, to improve mechanical load capacity and high-RPM durability as part of an engine build. 
The ZRP forged stroker crankshaft is made of 4340 steel and is designed for VW Audi 1.8T 20V 06A applications. It has a stroke of 92.80 mm, a journal diameter of 54.00 mm, and a crankpin diameter of 47.80 mm. Its weight is listed as 13.80 kg. This configuration is designed to increase displacement and provide a more robust foundation than a standard crankshaft in applications with high torque and high boost pressure. 
The I-shaped forged ZRP connecting rods included in the kit are designed for Audi/Volkswagen 2.0 TFSI/TSI EA888 engines, with compatibility indicated by the engine codes BHZ, BYD, BZC, CDLA, CDLB, CDLC, CDLF, CDLG, CDMA, CDZA, and BWJ. They feature a center-to-center length of 144.00 mm, a gudgeon pin diameter of 21.00 mm, a connecting rod top end diameter of 50.60 mm, and a conrod head width of 24.90 mm.
