Forge Motorsport offers the latest version of its popular solenoid operated dump valve, for VAG 1.8 TSI engines from 2013 onwards (USA codes CPKA and CPRA) and 2.0 TSI (Euro codes CNTA, CHHA, CHHB, CJXB and CJXC / USA codes CPLA and CPPA) including the Golf Mk7R.

This open circuit dump valve replaces the standard one without any problem, so as not to cause any loss of performance, and absolutely no fault codes or engine lights, which is very valuable! This dump valve is entirely designed to remedy the breakage of the standard dump valves whose fragile diaphragm causes turbo pressure leaks. The latest version of stock dump valves have a better durability but inevitably the plastic becomes brittle and in extreme circumstances, pieces of plastic can break off. Forge valves are made of an alloy with a piston that allows for much greater reliability than the stock ones, as well as a reduced turbo response time. This has also been demonstrated on cars with more than 600 hp! This new valve has a much shorter height once installed, which allows the relief valve to be installed in the small space between the turbo and the intake hose from the air cleaner, the older large dump valves, and sandwich plates are not compatible with this engine.
