Turbocharger heat exchanger upgrade kit for AUDI C7 S6

The 034Motorsport Turbocharger Heat Exchanger Upgrade Kit is a high-performance intercooler designed for the2012+ Audi C7 S6. Tests have shown that this upgrade significantly reduces intake air temperatures. Thanks to its superior thermal capacity, this kit is highly recommended for Stage 1 and Stage 2 configurations, and becomes indispensable for engines with higher power levels.

Its CNC-machined aluminium end reservoirs are designed with a double passage to optimise performance on the S6 C7. The oversized core offers 2.4 times more frontal area and 2.2 times more volume than the original exchanger, while fitting neatly behind the roll cage.

The kit includes custom-moulded multi-layer silicone hoses for a precise fit and exceptional durability. These hoses cross members designed to fill gaps left by the original heat exchanger, preventing air from bypassing the radiator. What's more, the end reservoirs are fitted with drain plugs that make it easy to exhaust air from the system without the need for special tools.
