This Bratex limited slip differential (helical gearing) made from8620 alloysteel is compatible with Renault Clio 172/182.

It is fitted directly in place of the original differential.

Bratex self-locking systems are designed to have a 5:1 torque split. This means that if one wheel loses drive, the wheel with the most grip can receive up to 5 times more torque than the wheel that is slipping.

Bratex limited slip differentials operate progressively less abruptly than a disc differential, their setting varies continuously according to the drop in drive, they use no discs (no wear) and they are very gentle on the original drive while retaining very good efficiency.
