This clutch kit is designed for the Ford Sierra Cosworth and is intended for performance-oriented use and resistance in heavy-duty applications (high torque, repeated stress). It includes all the components needed to replace the main friction assembly, featuring a BRATEX clutch disc with a reinforced design.

The supplied disc is a 6-pad sintered metal model with a damped rotor hub and 6 springs. The sintered metal trim is designed to withstand higher temperatures and loads than an organic trim, while providing sharper engagement, suitable for heavily stressed drivetrains. Spring damping at the hub helps minimize jerks and protect the transmission line (transmission, drive shafts, differential) during clutch engagement and disengagement, particularly during rapid acceleration.
