TM Performance develops high-performance brake pads and discs to meet the demands of rally, track and endurance racing. Active in motorsport since 1988, the Italian company designs, manufactures and tests its components in-house. It now boasts nearly 40 years of experience, more than 200 victories and 25 championships, with components used on Formula, GT, TCR and Rally cars in international competition.
Braking is one of TM Performance's main areas of expertise. Its 2026 catalogue includes more than 250 applications for racing brake pads and sport or competition brake discs. Applications range from rallying – Group A, Group N, S1600, S2000, R2, R5, Rally2 and WRC – to circuit racing, including Cup, TCR, GT3 and GT4 categories, as well as endurance applications. These include fitments for the Peugeot 208 R2/Rally4, Peugeot 208 R5, Skoda Fabia R5/RS, Ford Fiesta WRC and Renault Clio S1600, alongside a wide range of GT and touring cars.
TM Performance brake pads are available with different compounds to adapt braking characteristics to the discipline, vehicle and operating conditions. The TM117 provides a balance of initial bite, coefficient of friction, modulation and wear for both rally and track use. Developed for endurance racing, the TM118 focuses on consistent pedal feel and stable braking performance over long distances, including at high temperatures. The TM198, aimed more specifically at sprint and rally applications, delivers strong deceleration while maintaining good modulation.
This expertise also extends to high-performance brake discs, with solutions engineered to work in combination with the brand's racing brake pads. TM Performance focuses its development on braking power and modulation, resistance to fade and high temperatures, and the durability of the complete pad/disc combination. The brand also uses CFD design to optimise cooling, thermal treatments and validation testing both on test benches and on track.
Beyond braking, TM Performance also develops racing clutches, flywheels and various transmission components. Its expertise extends to Motorsport, OEM, Aftermarket and bespoke technical development, including prototyping, testing and the production of components for demanding applications.
