The Sytec 0 to 7 bar fuel pressure gauge is designed for testing fuel injection systems. Its dual-scale dial (in bar and psi) allows for pressure readings during diagnostics or when adjusting a fuel pressure controller.

Its glycerin-filled design provides springing for needle movement caused by vibrations and pressure pulsations, making readings easier. The connection is made at the back of the gauge via a 1/8 NPTF thread to a pressure tap or compatible adapter.

This gauge is intended for diagnostic use only: it must not remain permanently installed in the fuel system.

Compatibility and Precautions for Use

The Sytec FPG002 is intended for fuel injection systems. It is not suitable for testing carburetor fuel systems: for these low-pressure applications, use the Sytec FPG001 pressure gauge.

Mounting requires a pressure tap or adapter compatible with the 1/8 NPTF thread. Connect and disconnect the gauge on a depressurized system, then check for leaks before testing. After use, remove the gauge and reseal the system.
