Ecotec T2S Oil Treatment 500ML

Ecotec T2S is a modified silicon surface treatment used in gearboxes and power steering systems. T2S treats the metal surface, reducing the coefficient of friction.

What is this additive used for?

• Reduces friction coefficients with anti-wear action on treated parts.
• Extends the life of treated components.
• Forms a mono-molecular film with load resistance up to 1600 kg/ mm². This film prevents the adhesion of foreign particles and protects the surface from corrosion. The film formed withstands temperatures of up to 700°C.
• Increases the resistance of treated lubricant to shearing.

Specific to manual gearboxes:

Facilitates gear shifting
Reduces gearbox noise

Specific features for power-assisted steering:

Eliminates end-of-stroke valve noise
Eliminates hard points

One bottle is suitable for :

1.5 to 2.5 liters of gearbox or axle oil
5 liters of power steering oil

Warning : Do not use in automatic gearboxes or oil-bath lubricated friction systems.

Vehicle affectation :

Suitable for gasoline and diesel vehicles. Compatible with all oils except graphite oils.
