The AIM Track Day kit combines a SmartyCam 4 Corsa on-board camera with an 85° lens with the Solo 2 DL stopwatch and data logger to simultaneously record and analyze video, lap times, and vehicle data. Available with CAN, OBDII, or RPM connectivity, it provides a comprehensive solution for analyzing track driving performance during track days and tuning sessions.

The SmartyCam 4 Corsa records sessions in Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) at 30 or 60 frames per second. Its 12 MP Sony CMOS sensor, stabilization system, and low-distortion 85° lens are specifically designed for in-car video recording in motorsports.

The camera allows data from the AIM system to be integrated directly into the videos. Depending on the information available for the vehicle and the selected connection mode, data such as speed, engine revs, lap times, or acceleration can be overlaid on the footage.

The AIM Solo 2 DL handles global positioning system timing and data acquisition. It records vehicle information and synchronizes it with global positioning system data and video from the SmartyCam to provide a precise analysis of each session.

SM4-SOLO2-CAN-85: Version with a CAN harness to retrieve data directly from a compatible ECU.
SM4-SOLO2-OBD-85: Version with an OBDII connection to retrieve data available via the diagnostic port of a compatible vehicle.
SM4-SOLO2-RPM-85: version with RPM harness and external power supply, particularly suited for directly retrieving engine revs when a compatible ECU connection is not available.

The kit also includes a dual bracket that allows you to install the SmartyCam 4 Corsa and the Solo 2 DL together. The entire setup forms a compact system designed to simultaneously utilize video, timing, and data acquisition.
