ITG Megaflow JC40 Domed Air Filter - 25 mm

The ITG Megaflow JC40 domed air filter is designed for air intakes using a compatible air cleaner baseplate from the JC40 range. Its elongated 379 x 142 mm format allows a single filter element to cover multiple air intakes or funnels.

The JC40/S/25 version features a domed “Sausage” profile, with an internal height of 25 mm and an external height of 50 mm. Due to this low profile, it is necessary to check the clearance between any intake horns or trumpets and the inner flank of the filter.

Installation is performed on a JC40 mounting base adapted to the intake system and its mounting points. Also check the available space around the filter in the engine compartment before installation.

The foam filter element is held in place by a red frame. It is washable and reusable; maintenance involves proper cleaning and re-oiling. Check the oiling before first use and follow ITG’s recommendations.
