This package is a fuel sampling kit that complies with FIA requirements, designed to set up a secure sampling point on a fuel line in a racing environment.
It includes the components needed to create a reliable connection between an Aeroquip FD90-type sampling interface (NPTF 1/8x27) and a Dash 06 line, with an adapter to a jic 9/16x18 thread.
The set includes an Aeroquip FD90 male fitting with a 1/8x27 NPTF thread and an Aeroquip FD90 female fitting with a 1/8x27 NPTF thread, both featuring steel bodies and Buna gaskets, suitable for fuel use.
A black plug protection for the Aeroquip end is included to limit the interface’s exposure to contamination and impact during handling or maintenance.
The flexible connection is provided by a blue Goodridge Eco Series 536 hose in Dash 06, paired with a straight, aluminum Goodridge Series 536 female fitting compliant with the JIC 9/16x18 standard. A male/male hydraulic adapter allows conversion between JIC 9/16x18 and NPT 1/8x27 (convex), facilitating integration into existing mountings that use these thread standards.
