This front brake kit is designed for the Renault Clio 3 RS and is intended for performance-oriented modifications, particularly for rally use, when the vehicle is equipped with Brembo calipers. It includes competition-grade front brake pads and a pair of 312 x 28 mm vented front disks to ensure consistent mounting and braking performance suited to high thermal and mechanical stresses. The front pads included are GT2i Race pads designed for the Renault Clio III 2.0 16V RS R3 with Brembo calipers. They measure 124.8 mm in length, 70.8 mm in width, and 15 mm in thickness. Their stated coefficient of friction is 0.52, which is designed to provide a crisp bite and stable brake power under severe conditions. This “Race” material is optimized for heat endurance and consistent pedal feel during repeated braking, typical of special stages and hard deceleration phases. The included front disks are ventilated GT2i Group N disks, 312 mm in diameter and 28 mm thick, with an inner diameter of 61 mm and a 5 x 108 bolt pattern. The ventilated design promotes cooling and temperature stability, limiting the drop in effectiveness during intensive use. This configuration is recommended for the Renault Clio 3 RS 197 ch and is also listed as compatible with the Mégane for front mounting, provided it matches the vehicle’s original setup. Before mounting, it is recommended to verify compatibility with your exact configuration (type of Brembo calipers, disc sizes and bolt pattern, and original setup) to ensure a modification-free mounting and optimal performance.
