This Milltek Cat-Back exhaust line is designed for the Volkswagen Golf 4 R32 3.2 V6 4Motion (2002–2005). Available in a version with a non-resonated intermediate pipe, it replaces the stock exhaust system downstream of the catalytic converters to enhance the VR6 engine’s sound. It retains a rear muffler and features two GT100 polished stainless steel outlets.

The Milltek SSXVW136 Cat-Back system was developed to accentuate the distinctive sound of the Golf 4 R32’s 3.2 V6 engine. Its Non-Resonated design eliminates the mid-pipe in favor of a replacement tube, while retaining a rear muffler to control some of the resonance.

This non-resonated (louder) configuration delivers a more prominent and expressive sound than the resonated version equipped with an intermediate muffler. It further highlights the acoustic character of the VR6 engine, particularly during acceleration and when revving.

Made of 304L stainless steel, this exhaust line has a diameter of 63.50 mm. It is a direct replacement for the stock system and is designed to fit the geometry of the Golf 4 R32.

At the rear, the two 100-mm GT100 Polished Stainless Steel outlets provide a sporty finish while maintaining the R32’s characteristic exhaust outlet layout.
