Right of withdrawal - Satisfied or refunded.
In accordance with Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has fifteen clear days from the date of delivery of the order to return the article to the company GT2I for exchange or refund in its original condition without penalty except for the return costs which remain in all cases the responsibility of the customer. Beyond these deadlines, no article will be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
After a withdrawal period of fifteen clear days, if the article is not returned in its original condition with its packaging, we reserve the right to retain a minimum of 20% of the price of the said article for storage and packaging costs.
After a withdrawal period of fifteen clear days and unless otherwise stipulated, credit notes do not give rise to any reimbursement.
After a period of withdrawal of fifteen clear days, any return must be subject to prior agreement from our sales department by enclosing a photocopy of the invoice and the duly completed return form.
