Forge Motorsport Hi-Flow Intake Hose for MINI Cooper S & MINI JCW F66

The Forge Motorsport Hi-Flow Intake Hose for MINI Cooper S & MINI JCW F66 replaces the stock intake hose to improve airflow between the air box and the turbocharger. Developed for the B48 engine, it reduces intake restrictions and promotes more efficient air delivery to the turbo.

Made from reinforced multi-layer silicone, this hose offers excellent resistance to high temperatures as well as to the vacuum generated by the turbocharger. Its optimized internal design improves airflow while minimizing turbulence, allowing the turbo to operate under optimal conditions.

Tests conducted by Forge Motorsport measured a gain of up to 8 ch and 10 Nm on a vehicle equipped with the stock air box. This improvement results in faster turbocharger pressure build-up, better responsiveness during acceleration, and a more pronounced intake sound.

Unlike the stock hose, the multi-layer silicone construction minimizes the effects of heat while maintaining its shape under high vacuum conditions. The integrated trusses prevent deformation and ensure a consistent airflow, even during intensive use.

This intake hose replaces the stock hose without requiring any modifications to the vehicle. It is compatible with the stock air box as well as the Forge Motorsport FMINDK61 carbon fiber intake kit, making it an ideal upgrade for both stock and modified MINI Cooper S and MINI JCW F66 models.
