The ITG Megaflow 8JC40 steel filter housing is a blank plate designed for mounting ITG Megaflow JC40 air filters. Supplied unpierced and ready for cutting, it allows for a custom fit when ITG’s pre-cut filter housings do not match the configuration of the carburetors, throttle bodies, or engine.
Made of steel with a red epoxy paint finish, the 8JC40 can be machined and pierced according to the center distance, intake ports, and desired filter position. It thus provides a solution tailored to specific mountings and custom setups.
This mounting plate is compatible with the various filters in the ITG Megaflow JC40 range. ITG specifically documents its use on the Caterham Seven 2.0 16V with a custom cutout, paired with a JC40/65 filter.
The mounting bracket comes with the clips needed to mount the filter.
