ITG Megaflow JC40 Domed Air Filter - 100 mm

The ITG Megaflow JC40 domed air filter is designed for air intakes equipped with a compatible baseplate from the JC40 range. Its elongated 379 x 142 mm format allows a single air filter element to cover multiple air intakes or horns.

The JC40/S/100 version has an internal height of 100 mm and an external height of 125 mm. Its domed “Sausage” profile is suitable for configurations with sufficient space above the intake.

To select this height, check the clearance between the intake funnels or horns and the inner surface of the filter. Also check the available space under the hood and choose a JC40 mounting base suitable for the intake and its mounting points.

The foam filter element, held in place by a red frame, is washable and reusable. Maintenance involves cleaning and re-oiling with products suitable for foam filters. Check the oiling before first use and follow ITG’s recommendations.
