ITG Megaflow JC40 Domed Air Filter - 40 mm

The ITG Megaflow JC40 domed air filter fits the air intakes or funnels of a system equipped with a compatible mounting baseplate from the JC40 range. It has an elongated format measuring 379 x 142 mm and a domed “Sausage” profile.

This JC40/S/40 version has an internal height of 40 mm and an external height of 65 mm. These sizes allow you to verify the clearance around the intake and the filter’s footprint in the engine compartment.

The JC40 mounting base must be selected based on the intake system and its mounting points. Before installation, check the space between any intake funnels or trumpets and the inner surface of the filter, as well as the available clearance around the filter element.

The filter foam is held in place by a red frame. The filter is washable and reusable: maintenance involves cleaning and re-oiling it with products suitable for foam filters. Check the oiling before first use and follow ITG’s recommendations.
