MOTUL Engine Flush pre-oil change cleaner for petrol and/or diesel engines

Recommendations for use

MOTUL Engine Flush can be used in all types of 4-stroke engines, petrol and/or diesel, naturally aspirated or turbocharged, with or without after-treatment systems, using any type of fuel.

It effectively cleans deposits and sludge from the engine. The micro-particles thus loosened are then evacuated in the engine oil during the oil change.

Ensures high-level lubrication during the cleaning process.

Performance

MOTUL Engine Flush added to the engine oil before the oil change allows:

• reduced wear
• lower oil and fuel consumption
• increased compression across all cylinders
• reduced exhaust pollutant emissions
• removes deposits, varnish and other combustion residues from risk areas such as hydraulic tappets or piston grooves and rings
• fully benefits from all the qualities of the new oil that will follow the change
• increases the service life of the after-treatment system, catalytic converter and particulate filter (FAP and GPF)

Recommendations

• Before each engine oil change, add a dose of MOTUL Engine Flush to the used oil in the engine while it is warm.
• Leave the engine idling for 15 minutes.
• Then drain the engine oil and change the oil filter.
• One dose is sufficient for an engine oil capacity of up to 5 litres. For larger capacities, add 60 ml of Engine Flush per additional litre of oil (above 5 litres).
• For very dirty engines, do not increase the dosage but carry out two successive treatments.
