POWERFLEX Clamps for anti-roll bar lateral support

Anti-roll bars (ARBs) play an important role in a vehicle's suspension system, helping to reduce body roll by transferring the load during cornering from one side of the vehicle to the other.

Often mounted on the vehicle chassis using rubber bushes, these bushes ensure that the bar functions as intended. To prevent the anti-roll bar from moving sideways in its mountings when cornering, original equipment manufacturers either glue the bushes to the bar, add stops to the bar itself or rely solely on the clamping pressure of the rubber.

In most cases, the friction of the bushing will prevent any lateral movement of the bar. However, when cornering aggressively or at high speed, lateral movement of the anti-roll bar reduces the effectiveness of the bar and alters the dynamics of your suspension system in unpredictable ways.

POWERFLEX anti-roll bar side brackets are made from precision CNC-machined 6082-T6 aluminium and black anodised.

Available in a range of sizes to suit anti-roll bar diameters from 13mm to 33mm.

Easy-to-fit two-bolt clamps attach to the side of each anti-roll bar bushing to add lateral support and prevent any lateral movement of the bar itself that could lead to inconsistent handling.
