Powerflex Black Series Anti Roll Bar Outer Bush 19mm Citroen AX Mk1 & 2 (1986-1998)

Black Series – for track use and motorsport

The products in the Black Series range are made from polyurethane. This is a specialized plastic that has been around for around 30 years. Advances have given this material special properties. Suspension parts are among the most stressed components on a car and are subject to enormous stresses.

These parts are originally made from rubber containing products that deteriorate with age. Over time, the vehicle moves more and more and offers less and less control over the suspension geometry.

This leads to accelerated tire wear, unstable braking, and poor road holding.

The Black Series products stand out because they use Noir 95A, Powerflex's hardest material.

Powerflex therefore created the material to overcome these problems. They have designed a polyurethane compound that allows them to manufacture parts that are 25 to 30% stiffer than previous rubber products, while retaining exactly the same noise absorption properties.

Why choose products from the Powerflex Black Series range?

Advantages

- Maximum control of chassis geometry

- 80% more resistant to load than standard rubber

- 25% stiffer than purple material

- Improved handling and chassis performance

- More precise chassis alignment

Note: the Black Series range is available for “tuned” cars.

However, there will be less comfort and a harder, noisier ride.
