Here is a spare part made with Powerflex's "Black" series materials that are 18% stiffer than the standard ones, to support a greater load in this part of the car. PFF5-4001GBLK offers a 5mm offset for a caster adjustment of +/- 0.5 and better riding feel. An increase in caster increases negative camber when cornering, which increases the tire's contact patch when cornering. For a non-adjustable version of this silent block, see the reference PFF5-4001BLK. Products intended for vehicle modification for competition purposes may render their use prohibited on public roads, insofar as they significantly alter the vehicle's characteristics as specified in the type-approval certificate issued by the relevant authorities (noise level, pollutant emissions, maximum speed, tire dimensions, etc.).
