This GT2I steering wheel hub allows for the mounting of a 6-hole sport or racing steering wheel on certain Renault R4, Renault R5, and Renault R20 models.
The hub serves as the interface between the vehicle’s steering column and the steering wheel. Its mounting section features 40 splines, each 16.7 mm in diameter.
This part is intended for Renault R4 and R20 models manufactured after 1981, as well as Renault R5 models from 1972 to 1978. The mounting does not include automatic indicator light return; please keep this in mind when replacing the original steering wheel.
Before mounting, it is recommended to check the vehicle’s year of manufacture as well as the number and diameter of the splines on the steering column to confirm compatibility.
