Revotec Adjustable Thermocontact Kit, Ø35 mm, y for 12V fan

The Revotec Ø35 mm adjustable thermocontact kit for 12V electric fans automatically controls the cooling system fan based on coolant temperature. Mounted directly on the upper radiator hose, this controller provides a complete solution for managing engine cooling in a car, race car, 4x4, or SSV.

Its adjustable range from 70 to 120°C allows you to select the temperature at which the electric fan should start operating. When the selected threshold is reached, the system activates the fan and then automatically shuts it off as soon as the temperature drops 3°C below the selected value.

Installed directly in the cooling system, this Revotec electronic thermocontact measures the temperature in contact with the cooling fluid. It thus allows you to add an automatic control system when mounting an electric fan or to replace an existing activation system on an older vehicle, a modified vehicle, or one intended for heavy-duty use.

The controller features an aluminum housing and mounts onto the upper cooling hose. The complete kit includes a 700 mm wiring harness, a 30A relay, two hose clamps, and all necessary installation accessories. Installation instructions are also available on this page.

Designed for 12V negative-ground electrical circuits, the controller uses a 30A relay. To ensure the system operates correctly, the maximum current drawn by the electric fan must not exceed 30A.

Important before placing your order: the “Ø35 mm” refers to the outside diameter of the Revotec controller. It therefore corresponds to the inner diameter of the hose required for installation. Measure the inner diameter of your upper radiator hose to select the correct version.
