Mounting Recommendations

Remove the wheels, then thoroughly clean the threads on the hub and the new studs using a brake cleaner or suitable solvent to remove all traces of grease or debris.
Before installation, verify that the smooth end of the stud crosses the brake disc freely without hitting any obstructions.
Apply a thin layer of high-temperature threadlocker (such as Loctite 2422 or equivalent) to the threads on the hub side.
Using a 6 mm Allen wrench, screw each stud into the hub until it is fully seated, then perform tightening to 40 Nm. Do not exceed this value for tightening.
Allow the threadlocker to vulcanize for about 3 hours before reinstalling the wheels.
Next, install the wheels using the 20 spherical nuts provided and perform the tightening process to the torque specified by the vehicle manufacturer. After driving the first few kilometers, it is recommended that you check the torque again.
