Milltek Exhaust Valve Controller with 2 Remote Controls for Volkswagen Golf R and Arteon
This Milltek exhaust valve controller allows you to directly control the valve opening and closing on compatible Volkswagen models. Supplied with 2 remote controls, the Plug & Play system lets you select the valve behavior independently of the vehicle’s standard management system.

The Milltek Active Valve Control offers three operating modes that allow you to easily adjust the exhaust valve control:
- Valves 100% open: Keeps the valves fully open.
- Valves 100% closed: keeps the valves completely closed.
- Stock operation: Returns valve control to the vehicle based on engine revs and driving modes.
A memory function allows the vehicle to restart in the mode that was last selected before it was turned off.
Warning: Milltek specifies that the exhaust valves must never remain fully closed during aggressive driving.

This controller is a dedicated solution for vehicles equipped with a compatible valve-controlled exhaust system. It allows the driver to manually select the valve positions using the included remote controls, while retaining the ability to revert to the original control strategy.
In the stock mode, the vehicle once again automatically manages the valves based on factors such as engine revs and driving mode. The controller can thus be used to take manual control of the valves when desired, without disabling their original automatic operation.
