This Milltek exhaust valve controller allows you to directly control the opening and closing of the exhaust valves on the Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 Twin Turbo Gas (2023+). Compatible with both stock exhaust systems and adapted Milltek systems, this plug-and-play device offers three operating modes that can be selected remotely using a remote control.

The Milltek Active Valve Control offers three operating modes to adjust exhaust valve management:

• Valves 100% open: Keeps the valves fully open to produce a more pronounced exhaust note.
• Valves 100% closed: Keeps the valves fully closed to muffle the exhaust note.
• Stock Operation: Returns to automatic valve control based on engine revs and vehicle driving modes.

A memory function allows the vehicle to restart in the mode last selected before it was turned off.

Warning: It is not recommended to keep the valves fully closed during heavy driving. To ensure proper operation of the exhaust system, use the stock mode when the engine is under heavy load.
