The Forge Motorsport FMCP06 high-performance ignition coil for the Toyota Yaris GR and Corolla GR equipped with the 1.6 Turbo G16E-GTS engine is designed to improve the performance and reliability of the ignition system. Developed as a direct replacement for the original Toyota ignition coil (part number 90919-02277), it offers an ideal solution for both stock vehicles and tuned engines.
Thanks to an optimized internal design, this reinforced ignition coil delivers up to 12% more ignition power compared to the OEM part. A more powerful and stable ignition spark promotes more efficient combustion of the air/fuel mixture, thereby improving throttle response, combustion quality, and rated engine power across the entire revolutions range.
The Forge Motorsport FMCP06 also helps minimize misfires under heavy load while ensuring a more stable ignition voltage at high RPMs. Its design also allows for better thermal management to maintain consistent performance, even during intensive use on the road, on the track, or in competition.
Fully Plug & Play, this reinforced coil installs in place of the original part, without requiring any modifications to the wiring harness or reprogramming.
