100% Synthetic high performance lubricant with high protection and energy saving properties.
Approved by BMW, GM-Opel and MERCEDES for its Extra Fuel Economy properties.
Specially designed for the latest generation of cars, equipped with gasoline or diesel engines, atmospheric or turbo or turbo, indirect or direct injection, meeting Euro 4, 5 or 6 pollution control standards, and requiring an oil either ACEA C3, i.e. high viscosity HTHS (>3.5 mPa.s) and "Mid SAPS", with reduced Sulphated Ash content (≤0.8%), Phosphorus (0.07 ≤ x ≤ 0.09%) and Sulfur (≤ 0.3%), i.e. ACEA C2, i.e. low friction, low HTHS (≥2.9 mPa.s) and "Mid SAPS".

Suitable when a "Fuel Economy" lubricant is required: ACEA C2 standards.
Compatible for catalytic converters (CAT) and DPFs (Diesel Particulate Filters).

Some engines cannot use this type of oil, always check and consult the vehicle's service manual before use.

Instructions for use :
Before each engine oil change, add a dose of MOTUL ENGINE CLEANER to used oil at warm temperature.
Let the engine idle speed for 15 minutes.
Change the engine oil and the oil filter.

This MOTUL oil change kit is designed for engine maintenance procedures requiring 5W30 multigrade engine oil and a preliminary internal cleaning of the oiling system. It includes a 5-liter can of MOTUL 8100 X-CLEAN EFE 5W30 engine oil and a 300-ml bottle of MOTUL Engine Flush, provided free of charge in the kit. MOTUL 8100 X-CLEAN EFE 5W30 engine oil is designed to oil the engine over a wide temperature range thanks to its 5W30 viscosity.
