Forge E-DV Electronic Pop-Off Valve for Abarth 500, 595, 695 T-Jet

The Forge Motorsport E-DV FMEDV14 electronic pop-off valve is designed for the Abarth 500, 595, and 695 equipped with the T-Jet engine. It directly replaces the original electronic pop-off valve while maintaining its integration with the engine management system.

Unlike a purely asprated pop-off, the Forge E-DV can be configured for open-loop or recirculation operation. In asprated mode, compressed air is vented to the outside to produce the characteristic sound of an open pop-off. In recirculation mode, the air is re-injected into the induction system for quieter operation.

The stock valve uses a plastic piston that is prone to deterioration over time. For its E-DV, Forge uses a solid-machined, aerospace-grade aluminum construction, designed to improve the assembly’s durability and seal integrity.

The FMEDV14 features built-in electronic control and a plug-and-play mounting, requiring no remote solenoid valve or complex vacuum circuit. The integrated solenoid valve can also be oriented during mounting to facilitate its placement in the engine compartment.

The design of this pop-off allows it to continue operating with the ECU while offering faster reaction and better throttle reaction compared to the stock system. The valve is also fully removable and serviceable.
