Forge Motorsport is proud to present their latest version of the direct fit turbo valve for the following VAG petrol turbo cars: Compatible with 1.4T, 1.8T, 2.0 FSI and TSI engines, including 2.0's between 2011 and 2013 equipped with the IHI turbo (the 1.4 requires the additional mounting kit FMBGFK3).

Machined slots in the valve allow for faster and more efficient air evacuation, thanks to a larger surface area. Unique new sound for the open circuit dump valve. Constructed from aerospace grade aluminium. No fault codes and does not trigger engine lights.  Installation instructions and all necessary components are included. Forge Motorsport offers this dump valve for 1.4T, 1.8T and 2.0T FSI and TSI engines, including 2011 to 2013 2.0 engines equipped with the IHI turbo found in a wide range of VW, Seat, Skoda and Audi vehicles (1.4T requires the FMBGFK3 installation kit).

This dump valve is the latest version of the FMSITAT component, and combines the use of the solenoid-controlled closed circuit dump valve with the open circuit dump valve adapter. The result is a replacement open circuit dump valve that integrates seamlessly into the stock wiring harness and therefore generates no fault codes, engine lights, or power loss whatsoever. Like their complete closed circuit dump valve FMFSITVR, the FMFSITAT is designed entirely to remedy the failure of stock solenoid valves when their diaphragm fails or cracks and causes a turbo pressure leak. The Forge valves are made of an alloy with a piston that provides much greater reliability than standard valves, as well as reduced turbo response time.

This dump valve is particularly suitable for the B7 and B8 chassis of the Audi A4 and A5 with the 2.0T engine. The mounting location of the valve on these vehicles is particularly close to the chassis rails, and the overall height of the standard Forge dump valve + spacer is too high and touches the chassis at this location. The FMFSITAT dump valve is much shorter in height, which allows it to accommodate the atmospheric option on the B7 and B8 chassis whereas this was not possible before. Another important feature of this product is the port on the intake manifold to accommodate a vacuum reference to control the dump valve. This component also has ports available from which intake manifold information can be taken. This additional intake manifold information can be used for turbo pressure measurement or even water/methanol control. In the case of installation on the 1.4 turbo engine, the FMBCGFK3 turbo pressure sensor adapter will be required.

Please note: This product is only compatible with 1.4 turbo engines until early 2013, where the turbo is located in the front of the engine compartment. Not compatible with CMBA and CXSB engines.
