Forge intercooler for Audi RS3 2015 on

Following the release of the intercooler for the RS3 8P chassis, the Forge team has also created the intercooler for the RS3 8V chassis to offer real increases in power and temperature drops. While the 8V chassis shares many components with the old 8P, the space available behind the bumper has a different shape, and the protective bar has also changed. This has necessitated a completely new intercooler and protection bar configuration for this latest chassis.

The RS3 8V core is a huge 640x250x100 bar and plate design. This gives it an enormous 55% more surface area than the standard one, and an even more impressive 94% more volume. The end tanks are built with integrated hoses to retain the original turbo hoses, although you can also replace the FO-FMKT024 hoses if you wish. As on the 8P chassis, Forge supplies a genuine Audi RS3 crash bar which they've modified in-house to accept the new, larger core, then the crash bar and core will also have a standard black powder-coat finish for maximum longevity.
