The ITG foam air filter sock for the Megaflow JC40-65 filter fits around the main air filter to provide additional protection against dust and contaminants. This JCO-40-65 version is specifically designed for the ITG Megaflow JC40-65 filter.
Also known as an air filter protection sleeve, this foam carcass acts as a first line of defense before the main filter element. It is particularly useful when the intake is exposed to dust or conditions that could cause acceleration of the filter's clogging.
The JCO-40-65 pre-filter is designed to fit over the Megaflow JC40-65 filter. It measures 379 mm in length and 142 mm in width, with an external height of 90 mm and an internal height of 65 mm. These sizes correspond to the compatible filter and allow for precise identification of the required pre-filter version.
The removable sock can be taken off separately during maintenance. It thus provides additional protection for the main filter, particularly for vehicles that regularly operate in dusty environments.
Please note: This product includes only the foam pre-filter/sock. The ITG Megaflow JC40-65 air filter is not included and must be purchased separately.
