ITG Foam Pre-Filter with Flanges for Megaflow JC40 Domed Filter - 100 mm

The ITG foam pre-filter with flanges complements the filtration provided by the Megaflow JC40/S/100 domed air filter. Placed around the main filter, it provides an additional filtering ply for air intakes used in dusty conditions, particularly in dirt rallying.

The JCO-40/S/100L version conforms to the domed “Sausage” profile of the compatible filter. It features overlapping flanges at its base. The 100 mm designation corresponds to the internal height of the main filter for which this pre-filter is designed.

Before use, verify that the installed filter is indeed a JC40/S/100. Position the pre-filter around the main element, ensuring there are no creases, then check that the flanges at its base are properly set and that there is sufficient clearance around the air intake.

The pre-filter must be oiled before use, in accordance with ITG recommendations for dusty conditions. It is used in conjunction with the main air filter.
