The OBP pair of adjustable rod end cups for MINI R50, R52, and R53 replaces the shock absorber top mounts on the front axle while allowing wheel camber adjustment. Designed to complement a sport suspension or threaded coilovers, they enable fine-tuning of the geometry for sport driving, track use, or competition.

Camber adjustment allows you to modify the angle of the front wheels based on ride height, tires, and the desired handling characteristics. The OBP technical drawing specifies a travel range of 17.5 mm on either side of the center point at the rod end bracket, allowing you to adjust the upper position of the shock absorber.

These shock absorber top mounts use PTFE-coated carbon steel rod ends. This design provides a more direct connection between the suspension and the chassis, while limiting unwanted movement that can occur with top mounts using more flexible components.

The OBP cups are machined from solid 6061 aluminum and then anodized. They feature a rod end with a 17 mm bore. Reducer inserts are available separately to adapt the mounting when the shock absorber rod diameter requires it.

Sold in pairs to equip the entire front axle, these OBP adjustable rod end cups are compatible with the MINI R50, MINI R52, and MINI R53. They come with 6 M8 mounting bolts.

Installation tip: Before placing your order, be sure to carefully check the sizes of your mounting using the technical diagram, particularly the diameter and length of the shock absorber rod, as well as the various measurements required for installing the cups.
