ITG Megaflow JC30 Domed Air Filter for Single Carburetor - 40 mm

The ITG Megaflow JC30 domed air filter for single carburetors is designed for air intakes equipped with a compatible baseplate from the JC30 range. It measures 298 x 149 mm and features a domed profile, referred to as “Sausage” by ITG.

The JC30/S/40 version has an internal height of 40 mm and an external height of 65 mm. These sizes allow you to select the filter based on the height of the intake and the available space in the engine compartment. If there are intake horns or trumpets, check their clearance relative to the inner surface of the filter.

The foam filter element is held in place by a red frame. The filter mounts onto a JC30 base selected according to the carburetor and its mounting points.

The ITG Megaflow filter is washable and reusable. Maintenance requires cleaning and re-oiling with products suitable for foam filters. Check the oiling before first use and follow ITG’s recommendations.
