034 Motorsport machined aluminium tail gasket for 1.8T and 2.0TFSI engines

The 034Motorsport aluminium rear main seal is designed to replace the often failing original stamped steel rear main seal on 1.8T or 2.0T FSI engines. This rear main seal is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and incorporates an original Elring Viton seal with an integral tension spring, ensuring optimum sealing with the crankshaft.

The seal has been rigorously tested and has proved durable even under conditions of high heat and intense wear. It is an excellent upgrade to replace a faulty or leaking tail main seal .

Features:

- CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium

- Gloss black anodising

- Sealant groove for positive sealing and to prevent sealant compression

- Screwdriver slot at the tail for easy future disassembly

- Original Elring seal with integral spring force

- The gasket is pre-installed in the solid wood case, whereas other options on the market require you to install it yourself.

- An installation tool is included to facilitate installation and protect the gasket from damage.

- New hardware (grade 8.8)
