The RacingLine VWR144001 electronic pop-off valve was developed to replace the original pop-off valve on many turbocharged Volkswagen Audi Group engines produced between 2005 and 2020. Compatible with the 2.0 TSI EA113, EA888 Gen1, EA888 Gen3, EA888 Gen3B, 2.5 TFSI EA855, and 4.0 V8 TFSI EA824 engines, it improves the reliability of the turbo dump system while maintaining electronic control via the engine management system.

Machined from solid aluminum using CNC technology, this pop-off replaces the original components, which are more susceptible to wear as boost pressures increase. Its reinforced mechanism ensures rapid and precise pressure control to maintain turbo responsiveness and rated engine power.

This upgrade is particularly recommended for vehicles equipped with a remapped ECU, a performance induction system, or other modifications that increase stress on the supercharging system. It is suitable for both sporty road use and more extreme tuning setups.

Mounting is done directly in place of the stock unit, without any modifications to the wiring harness or special adaptations.

⚠️ For vehicles equipped with the 4.0 V8 TFSI EA824 engine (2013–2018), each turbocharger has its own pop-off valve. Therefore, you must order 2 RacingLine VWR144001 pop-off valves per vehicle.
