Cartek PDP-16 16-Channel Electrical Distribution Panel
The Cartek PDP-16 16-channel electrical distribution panel centralizes the power supply and control of a race car’s electrical equipment. It replaces the fuses, relays, and switches in the circuits it manages, thereby simplifying the wiring harness and its installation.
Powered by the vehicle’s battery, it distributes power to connected equipment: engine control module, pumps, fans, lights, or windshield wipers. Each channel is controlled via the built-in push buttons or compatible external controls. Configuration is performed directly on the panel, without a computer.

Configurable functions
- On/Off with memory: restores the channel’s state after a power outage.
- On/Off without memory: channel turns off when power is restored.
- Momentary control: outlet active while button is pressed, for example, to control the starter solenoid.
- 30-second delay.
- 5-minute delay.
- 10-minute delay.
- Flashing: control of indicator lights and related functions.
- Toggle switch: selection between two outlets, such as low/high beams or windshield wiper speeds.
A momentary 0 V control also allows a button to be used for certain external functions, such as selecting an ECU map.
Protections and Operational Indicators
The outlets feature electronic protection against overcurrent and short circuits. When a fault causes a channel to shut down, its LED indicator light flashes to facilitate diagnosis. Overheating protection is also built in.
Each button has a status indicator: off when the channel is inactive, on when it is active, and an indicator light in the event of a fault.
Installation and Required Accessories
Mount the panel in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources. Size the wiring and protection settings according to the consumption of the connected equipment, following the Cartek manual.
Connector connectors are not included. To assemble the wiring harness, use one of the kits sold separately:
- CK-PDP-CC: two connectors with pre-crimped wires.
- CK-PDP-LF: two connectors with crimp contacts; appropriate wiring and tools required.
