ITG Megaflow JC40 Domed Air Filter - 125 mm

The ITG Megaflow JC40 domed air filter mounts onto a compatible base from the JC40 range. Its elongated 379 x 142 mm format allows a single filter element to cover multiple air intakes or air horns.

This JC40/S/125 version features a domed “Sausage” profile and an internal height of 125 mm. Its external height of 150 mm must be taken into account when checking the available space in the engine compartment.

Before installation, check the clearance between the intake manifolds or intake horns and the inner surface of the filter, as well as the available space under the hood. Select a JC40 mounting base suitable for the intake system and its mounting points.

The foam filter element is held in place by a red frame. The filter is washable and reusable; maintenance involves proper cleaning and re-oiling. Check the oil level before first use and follow ITG’s recommendations.
