The Forge Motorsport externally vacuum-controlled pop-off valve replaces the stock pressure release valve on many VAG Group FSI and TSI turbocharged petrol engines found in compatible Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, and Škoda models.
This Forge pop-off uses an external vacuum control connected to the intake manifold. When the butterfly closes, the pressure change causes the piston to open, releasing the boost pressure. The air is expelled outward, producing the characteristic “pshitt” sound of an atmospheric pop-off.
Forge uses a machined T6061 aluminum body paired with a piston that is fully removable and serviceable. Heat-stabilized Viton o-rings ensure the mechanism remains airtight under the temperature conditions encountered in a turbocharged engine.
The kit maintains compatibility with the vehicle’s original electronics thanks to the included solenoid and wiring harness. A port installed on the intake manifold provides the vacuum required for the valve to operate. It also features two additional ports that can be used, for example, to sense boost pressure.
This pop-off specifically replaces the original VAG control valves with OEM reference numbers 06H145710B, 06H145710C, 06H145710D, 06H145710F, and 06H145710G.
* For 1.4T engines: mounting requires the additional Forge FMBGFK3 kit. Compatible only with 1.4 turbo engines manufactured through early 2013, where the turbocharger is located at the front of the engine compartment. Not compatible with engine codes CMBA and CXSB.

Important: Compatibility depends on the generation and engine type. In particular, this valve is not intended for newer VAG generations that use a different pressure release valve design.
